Twelve Trees Residents often describe their rooms as having
all the comfort of living in a hotel, with the added bonus of a friendly and sociable environment. We encourage the personal touch to
each individual room and are always welcoming of visitors.

Each of our 21 single and 4 double bedrooms contain an
en-suite facility and we have taken the care to provide a homely
feel for each resident. Carefully co-ordinated soft furnishings
and seating, low surface temperature radiators and television
and telephone connections are provided as standard.

Dietary requirements are also well-catered for with our
experienced chefs and constantly changing menus offering delicious fresh local produce and home-cooked food.

Health and medical care is provided through a choice of
excellent General Practitioners from the local area and supported
by the District Nurse team / Chiropodist / Dentist / Optician and two
main Sheffield hospitals.
