The worry of daily chores can be taken away by our home care team. Our client decides how much or how little help they require on a daily basis. Twelve Trees can also arrange for a “deep clean” of our client's homes and can also assist with decorating, full gardening service, replacement of washing machines and other goods.

A carer can undertake light domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting and general cleaning, washing up, and personal laundry. A carer can also help with bill payments, help you to manage personal affairs such as birthdays and other anniversaries and, with your permission, collection of pensions etc. All items are discussed when the Care Plan is drawn up.

In addition a monthly thorough clean can be provided from our trained  specialist domestic team. Two members of the team will visit your home with all the equipment required including carpet cleaners, commercial grade vacuums, wipes and cleaning fluids for an indepth clean.
