We run our "care in your home" programme from the Twelve Trees Residential Home which we own and manage. Our ethos is to provide excellent individual care using an experienced, trained and happy team of staff.

Understanding that each person is different is what drives us to make sure we create tailored care packages for every single client. These care packages are discussed and agreed upon before anything is implemented ensuring the client is in control of the aspects of care they wish to receive. We also undertake regular reviews to ensure the care plan is still meeting the needs of the client.
