Welcome to the Twelve Trees Home Care website. Offering care throughout Sheffield and the South Yorkshire region we provide both residential care and care services performed in the homes of our clients. If you need home visit care and live in the Sheffield area then please call us to arrange for one of our staff to come out and see you. We will conduct an assessment at your home prior to the development of any care plan, to make sure we are able to meet all of your care needs. Our services are flexible and as such we create a care plan specific to each client, so whether you need someone to come in and take care of the household chores, or to offer companionship, or both, we can cater our service around you.

Because we create specific care plans for each client, listing each aspect of our service on the website isn't easy, but to try and give you an idea we've split the service into 3 sections, listing the type of assistance we might commonly be asked to provide.
