Welcome to Twelve Trees Home Care. We offer home care services for clients throughout South Yorkshire. All services are carried out by Twelve Trees staff trained to (or working towards) NVQ standard; we never use agency staff and every member of our team is actively encouraged to complete additional training to ensure we provide the best possible care. Services are split into three sections encompassing personal care, domestic help and companionship although an individual care plan, which may include elements of all three, will be developed during the initial home visit to ensure that we are able to meet all the needs of the client. Before any care plan is implemented and a carer is assigned full client consent is attained.
