Twelve Trees offer their care services to the elderly and to others throughout the South Yorkshire and Sheffield community. The main aim of providing home care is to offer clients the independence of home life in a safe and enjoyable way. For those people who are able and who prefer to remain living their own home we provide tailor made services to give them a helping hand where necessary.

What services are offered as part of our community care for the elderly?
At Twelve Trees we offer care in the home based on each person's individual needs. Before any care is offered we organise an meeting to discuss those areas you would like assistance with. It might be that you want help sorting and paying the bills, or perhaps it would be of more help if some of the more physically demanding household chores were taken care of. The most important service we offer as part of our community care for the elderly is that of companionship. Shopping trips can be arranged as well as days out with friends and residents of our residential care home.
