Twelve Trees provide home care in the Sheffield community, visiting the homes of our clients to help them with the everyday tasks, providing companionship and assisting with any other specific care needs identified. All the services are provided from our base in Nether Edge, Sheffield, where we manage the Twelve Trees Residential Home.
