Welcome to Twelve Trees - domiciliary care in Sheffield and throughout South Yorkshire. We believe in providing care to suit our clients' individual needs, working together to create a care plan around those services required to enable independent home life in a comfortable, safe and enjoyable environment. Before a care plan is drawn up one of our experienced team members will visit clients in their home to discuss care needs and identify any areas of undue risk. All care plans are continuously reviewed to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the client.

The domiciliary care services are only carried out by Twelve Trees staff members fully trained, to a very high standard, in our residential care home at Nether Edge, Sheffield. We never use staff care agencies and team members will only apply to work in the community once we have had chance to get to know them and their individual qualities.
