Twelve Trees Home Care offer health care for the elderly in their own home. Our clients can choose the services they wish to use from us, from personal care, domestic help and most importantly, companionship. All can be tailor made to offer the independence of home life in a safe and enjoyable way.

The ethos of Twelve Trees is to provide excellent individual care by an experienced and happy team. We never use a staff care agency, so it’s always the same dedicated staff team looking after our clients.

All staff complete indepth training in our Nether Edge Residential Care Home, to very high standards. We get to know the staff and their qualities before they apply to work in the community.
