Welcome to Twelve Trees Home Care, Sheffield. We offer a range of home care and home help services to clients throughout South Yorkshire. "Always there to care" is our mission statement and we believe that encompasses much more than completing the household chores. We understand that the most important service we provide is that of companionship.
Twelve Trees actively organise outings and visits to a variety of locations throughout Sheffield and further afield, no matter whether it's a group visit to a tourist attraction or a shopping trips, or even visiting friends. As part of our home care service our dedicated people carrier will collect you and your friends and ensure you are escorted safely on your trip. We are also happy to arrange escorted trips to doctor and hospital appointments.
