At Twelve Trees we operate our care in the community service as an extension of the services we provide at the residential care home. If you, or someone you know, need a little assistance to continue to enjoy your independence then we can help. You could call it a social care programme which we extend to the residents of Sheffield.

We are strong believers that a care programme should be tailored to the individual needs of each client. Every person is different and so it seems obvious that home care arrangements should be unique and not part of some pre-arranged list of services.

We have divided our services into sections on our web site for ease of reading, but please bear in mind that when you arrange a visit from one of our home care providers the first thing we want to know is how we can fit what we do around you. Your care programme will probably involve a mixture of services from each service section.

The ethos of Twelve Trees is to provide excellent individual care by an experienced and happy team. We never use a staff care agency, so it’s always the same dedicated staff team looking after our clients.

All staff complete indepth training in our Nether Edge Residential Care Home, to very high standards. We get to know the staff and their qualities before they apply to work in the community.
